Minimum requirements:

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in sales
• You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• You are a people's person and you love talking to existing and potential clients
• You are not scared of "cold calling" and closing deals
• You have excellent written and spoken English
• You are a team player, with great interpersonal skills
• You are a problem solver
• You are reliable, conscientious and enthusiastic

Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and close deals, i.e. selling advertising packages to businesses and service providers that surpass our quality threshold.
• Inform clients about the superiority of and benefits of radio advertisements.
• Promote community adoption of Radio Lantau within the workplace.
• Maintain relationship with existing clients and renew and grow contracts
